Every package/service is different. During booking, a time range will be outlined in your contract. Most portrait sessions have a turnaround of about 2-4 weeks. Weddings are 6-12 weeks.
This unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance is outlined in your contract. If I as your photographer am unable to fulfill your shoot for any reason, I have a team of equal-in-skill associate photographers that I regularly work with who will photograph you or your event in my place. Your photos will still be edited by me in order to stay consistent with Kay and West’s portfolio style.
As a client, you may ask this question, but actually be wondering about printing rights. Copyright is always left to the photographer, as with a print release, clients have no need for copyright. All clients automatically receive a printing release with their full galleries, and you are welcome to use your photos anywhere (uncommercially), or print them as many times as you’d like.
If for whatever reason you need to reschedule, please give your photographer as much notice as possible! We understand that life happens, emergencies can come up, etc., so this is dealt with on a case by case basis.
Depending on the package you book, you will receive a certain number of final images. If you decide after receiving your gallery that you would like additional photos from the shoot, gallery upgrades are available for purchase!

I will help guide you through your entire shoot with posing and prompting, in order to create some natural emotion in photos and capture you in a way that makes you say “Wow! I can look good in photos!”
